STRATEGIC PLANNING 

Each training or facilitation of the process of  organizational strategy preparation is designed to produces draft strategic plan/action plan or annual programme , at the end of the process divided in 3-4 days  

PROJECT PLANNING

Support of ProEfekt is combination of  training delivery and mentorship. In the first 2-3 days of training, the draft version of the project or budget are created. After that each participant is treated with one-on-one mentorship sessions to complete the task chosen.  

In addition ProEfekt provides consultancy services for writing project proposals

For 75 euros/month Proefekt is obliged to develop several progest proposals in total lengths of  40 pages. ProEfekt will prepare Fundraising Plan and once per month will send monitoring report with latest grant calls and other funding opportunities.

RENTING TRAINING AND MEETING SPACE 

ProEfekt rents two training/meeting rooms in in downtown  area of Skopje-first one meeting room for up to 20 participants in training set-up ( and up to 30 participants with chairs in cinema style) and second one for groups of up to 7 participants . Both rooms are fully equipped  (LCD Screen, Projector, Flip Chart table, Photocopier, Photo Camera, small kitchen, etc)   

TRAINING AND FACILITATION SKILS  

Learning and practicing Presentation skills as well as using 40 most used training methods in design and training delivery makes this service highly demanded by our clients. GRANT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

Considering almost 20 years of experience working for donor programs (USAID, SDC, EU, local foundations, etc)  personnel of ProEfekt has developed  comprehensive programme for support of regranting programs as well as for grant giving foundations including  Management of the Grant Giving Programs, as well as Grant Monitoring and Evaluation.
